How MARVELOUS!! A holiday devoted to the making of these "chocolates"!

Well, I've worked hard on these. Vinegar really brings out the flavor, I've found.

Because you've all been trying so hard, each student and assistant will receive three chocolates. A few lucky ones will get some from the first batch; I tried those with extra salt and olive oil.
